Globalization has led to the rapid connection in both sales markets and international companies. As a result, dealing with cultural differences are undeniable. Hence, awareness of the impact of your own cultural values on perceptions, assumptions and expectations in intercultural situations is of high interest. In addition, in the context of diversion & inclusion it’s important to gain insight into the differences that exists.
In this session we will discuss differences between the cultures in Europe and beyond, using the experience we have gained within Yokogawa as a Japanese company.
