Design Thinking and IoT: the 6 Personas of an Internet of Things Solution – by Philips

Identifying the user categories of an Internet of Things (IoT) solution can make your life easier while making design decisions to focus on what is important. In design thinking, these user categories are called personas. Design thinking’s personas building is a very powerful and well-established tool for designing user experiences and solution features, and for identifying data and information needs. For the IoT domain, we have identified six personas.

In this masterclass we will be exploring the 6 personas, we will discuss their needs and map to examples from real life. We welcome UX professionals, consultants, architects, developers, data professionals and IoT enthusiasts.

The masterclass will be facilitated by Kostas Tselios, Principal Architect at Philips Industry Consulting.
